Rudder4life concluded its first year of operation by rewarding all attendees of our 2022 Pilot workshops. We invited 36 Kensington High School learners to join the Rudder4Life Management team on an excursion to learn first-hand what their beautiful City offers tourists when visiting our country.
The programme aims to reward learners for attending, adopting and living Purpose4Life programme principles during the school year. However, given the success of the pilot project at Kensington High School, the directors of Rudder4Life decided to reward the learners that attended our pilot workshops which helped us refine and shape the Purpose4Life programme to be market ready in 2023.
The learners had a fantastic tourist experience in their world-famous City, and they praised our Bkind4Life Programme Partners’ wonderful gestures and sponsorships. In addition, we salute City Sightseeing, Drumbeat Charters and Diverso Marketing for their kind and gracious sponsorship.
Our Bkind4Life Programme Partners, City Sightseeing Hop-on-hop-off Bus company, Drumbeat Charters of Hout Bay and Diverso Marketing were kind enough to reward the learners that attended the Purpose4Life Pilot Workshops in 2022. City Sightseeing took the learners on their famous open-top bus beautiful scenic journey from the school premises to Hout Bay and back to school via Camps Bay and the Atlantic Seaboard route.
In addition, Drumbeat Charters took the learners on an exciting 40-minute cruise from Hout Bay harbour to Duiker Island, the Seal Colony, where they viewed thousands of wild Cape Fur Seals close up in their natural habitat. Diverso Marketing sponsored the catering for the day, and everyone enjoyed the snacks.
